Mr Snow began with a simple conviction: that the best bread and groceries deserve the same care as a home-cooked meal. What started as a passion for artisan baking grew into a Killeen staple — a place where neighbors come for the sourdough and stay for the community.

Every loaf is mixed by hand, every pastry folded with intention, and every shelf stocked with items we'd proudly serve our own families. We source locally when we can and import the rest with the same discerning eye. This isn't mass production — it's craft, one batch at a time.
